Inductive sensor with reduction factor 1 ... a sensor for all applications?

Sensors with “reduction factor 1” detect metallic objects of any material (e.g. iron, steel, copper, aluminum) with the same switching distance. A special coating on the housing permits the use of these reduction factor 1 sensors in welding areas. The following are available:
- Complete portfolio in all designs
- Sn from 2 mm to 50 mm embeddable
- Sn from 6 mm to 75 mm non-embeddable
- Electromagnetic welding resistance against external fields
- Mechanical welding resistance against splash
- NRB12 providing the largest switching distance in the world
